About the Camp
Sports Camps Australia has partnered with Office of Sport to deliver ‘play and stay’ camps hosted at Sport and Recreation venues across NSW. These camps are designed to give each participant the true camp experience - with a focus on sport-specific skills, fun, friendships, developing well-rounded athletes and creating life-long memories.
Well credentialed and industry respected coaches will take the participants through activities and games that refine and develop the skills of each athlete. The camp will also include sessions on topics such as technical analysis, nutrition and mindfulness/wellbeing. In addition, camp participants will also have access to a number of existing activities available on site including such things as kayaking, court sports, bikes and a number of other team and confidence building activities.
All camp participants are provided with accommodation to rest their head at the end of an action-packed day, with nutritious meals and refreshments provided throughout the day.
